- The leader introduces the profession compass – the model developed by the Danish Education Guidance Portal (ug.dk) can be used as a sample model. The frontal drawing of the compass contains 20 different groups of professions. The leader chooses 2-3 categories together with the adolescent.
- By clicking on the selected category a new window will open with a list of professions online. It is significant that each category of professions also contains four different aspects of how the same profession or professional direction can manifest itself and can be approached. For example, the profession category “Design and art” includes professions related to sales, creative expression and distribution. Such an approach allows you to see different aspects of the same profession.
